09-06-2017 · On Tuesday, September 19th at 11:59PM EST we will begin a downtime period to last up to 3 hours. The downtime will initially be total, affecting all Revelex customers. After an initial period of total unavailability of up to 30 minutes, some customers may then see intermittent service during this 3 hour period, or have periods of slowness in different areas of the application until the maintenance window is complete. The purpose of the downtime will be to change database encryption keys, database performance and maintenance changes, plus networking upgrades.
